Meet Our Navigators
70 Strong Navigators are real people — living right here in your community — who can guide you to local services and activities. You can talk with a Navigator by phone, in-person during office hours at select locations, or, if you choose, in the convenience of your own home. Our Navigators are experts at helping you find what you need for yourself or someone you care about.
Theodora joined the 70 Strong team in 2016, becoming the program's first Navigator. In addition to her Master's level credentials, Theodora brings with her more than a decade of experience in diverse human service settings, including home health care for older adults. A resident of California for nearly two decades, she has a deep knowledge of local culture, resources, and activities. Theodora uses these close community ties to personalize her recommendations for each client, connecting them with the tools they need to age well.
